What is the participation cost?

Early Bird Rs. 5000 (Team Registration) (valid until 31st January 2026) Regular Rs. 6000 (Team Registration) (from 1 February 2026 onwards)

Do I have to look for my accommodation during the program?

Accommodations will be provided at our event venue for selected candidates.

Is having an IT background a must for being a part of this program?

No. Participants aged 18-35, regardless of their field, can participate in our main event if they are qualified enough.

How are the final candidates selected from the participants?

The final candidates among the participants will be selected thoroughly with the help of our customized questionnaire.

Is the food and accommodation provided free of charge or are there any associated costs?

We've got you covered when it comes to food, water, and coffee – they're on us. However, any additional snacks can be purchased separately. As for accommodation, we will provide arrangements similar to those found in other hackathons, which typically involve a set of mattresses in a common hall.

Can we compete with our current project that we're already preparing?

No. All ideas and projects should be started from scratch during our main event.

SXC SANDBOX 3.0 is a 48-hour hackathon organized by SXC Collabrains, the IT Club at St. Xavier's College, Maitighar. It is designed to provide a space for students to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.

The event will bring together coders, designers, and innovators to collaborate on impactful projects. Through mentorship, workshops, and hands-on learning, participants will experience the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
